How the next available date works
Clients are automatically shown your soonest open slot.
When a client visits your booking page and selects a service, the calendar automatically jumps to your next available date and highlights it with a dot.
This is calculated server-side based on: - Your availability templates (working hours) - Any time-off exceptions you've added - Existing confirmed and pending bookings
A "Next available: [date]" badge also appears below the calendar so clients don't have to click through months to find an open slot.
To keep your next available date accurate: - Keep your availability up to date in Dashboard → Availability - Mark time off in advance using the "Add Time Off" button - Complete or cancel old bookings so those slots free up
If all slots for the next 60 days are taken or blocked, the badge won't appear.
