How clients manage their own appointments.
Clients have their own dashboard at thebookbetter.com/my-bookings where they can:
- View all upcoming and past bookings across any business on BookBetter - Cancel upcoming appointments (subject to your cancellation policy) - Accept or decline reschedule proposals from pros - Leave reviews for completed appointments - Download .ics files to add appointments to their calendar - Add appointments directly to Google Calendar
Clients must be signed in to access My Bookings. If they booked as a guest (without an account), they can still cancel using the direct link in their confirmation email — no login required.
