Updating your profile and photo

Change your name, photo, and time zone.

Your profile settings are in Dashboard → Settings:

Profile photo — Click your current photo (or the letter avatar) and upload a new image. Supported: JPG, PNG, WebP. Max 2MB. This appears in the dashboard sidebar.

Name — Update your display name in the Profile section.

Time zone — Set your time zone so appointment times display correctly. Clients see times in your local time zone.

Email — Your email address is linked to your authentication and cannot be changed directly. Contact support if you need to update it.

If you signed in with Google, your photo is automatically pulled from your Google account. You can replace it with a custom upload anytime.
