How to upgrade or downgrade your plan

Change your subscription anytime.

To change your plan:

1. Go to Settings → Billing 2. Choose Monthly or Annual billing 3. Click Upgrade on the plan you want 4. You'll be taken to Stripe Checkout to enter payment info 5. After payment, your new plan activates immediately

To downgrade or cancel: 1. Go to Settings → Billing 2. Click Manage billing (top right of the Current Plan card) 3. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can: - Switch to a lower plan - Cancel your subscription - Update your payment method - View invoice history

When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period. You then move to the lower plan.

Only the business owner can manage billing. Managers and staff cannot change plans.
