SMS notifications let you reach clients by text for booking confirmations, reminders, and alerts. Available on Growth and Business plans.
Monthly quotas: - Growth plan: 50 SMS/month - Business plan: 300 SMS/month - Starter plan: no SMS included
When SMS is sent (if client provided a phone number): - Booking confirmation — to the client right after booking - 24-hour reminder — the day before their appointment - 2-hour reminder — 2 hours before their appointment - Cancellation notice — when either party cancels - New booking alert — to you when someone books
Running low on SMS? - SMS Pack — Buy 100 messages for $2.50 in Settings → Notifications - Overage — Enable auto-charge at $0.03/SMS after your quota runs out
Pack credits carry over month to month. Your monthly quota resets on the 1st.
Branded SMS (Business plan) — With Branded Sender enabled, your business name is prepended to outgoing texts (e.g., "RayBlendz: Your appointment is tomorrow at 2 PM").
SMS usage — Track usage in Settings → Notifications. You'll see a warning bar at 80% usage.
