Managing your appointments

Confirm, complete, cancel, and reschedule bookings.

All your bookings appear in Dashboard → Appointments. You can view them in calendar view (week/day) or list view.

Appointment statuses: - Pending — Client just booked. You can confirm, complete, or cancel. - Confirmed — You've accepted the booking. - Completed — The appointment happened. - Cancelled — Either party cancelled. - No Show — Client didn't show up. Mark this to track patterns.

Filtering — In list view, filter by All, Upcoming, Pending, Completed, or Cancelled. On Business plan with multiple staff, you can also filter by staff member.

Rescheduling — Instead of cancelling, propose a new time. Click an appointment, choose "Propose New Time," pick the date and time, add an optional note, and send. The client gets notified and can accept or decline. If they accept, the booking moves. If they decline, the original time stays.

Payment requests — For unpaid bookings, you can generate a payment link directly from the appointment and copy or share it via text/WhatsApp.

Refunds — For paid bookings, click "Issue Refund" on the appointment. This processes a full refund through Stripe immediately.
